The Soil and Agronomy Specialist will analyze soil samples, interpret lab results, and develop customized fertilizer blends to meet client needs. By applying expertise in soil biology and nutrient cycles, this role ensures products align with regenerative agriculture principles. The specialist will also collaborate with the team to plan field trials, refine fertilizer strategies, and provide agronomic support to clients, helping them improve yields while reducing chemical input dependency.
Production Technician
The Production Technician will manage daily manufacturing tasks related to organic and bio-based fertilizer production. Responsibilities include operating composting units, mixers, and pelletizing machines, ensuring quality and consistency in formulations. The technician will work with soil and agronomy specialists, monitor production parameters, and support maintenance and quality control procedures to ensure the reliable production of high-quality fertilizers.
Agricultural Consultant
The Agricultural Consultant will provide expert guidance to farmers and greenhouse operators, recommending tailored fertilizer regimens and sustainable soil management strategies.
